Position: Optometrist
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
Salary: upto £55,000 DOE (upto £60,000 with pre-reg supervision experience proven sales history and further qualifications including MECS, post-cataract and CPC - must be open to supervise new CLiP trainees)

Working hours: Full time or Part Time hours will be considered. Can accommodate 1 day every weekend and or/alternate weekends - 8 hours a day ideally but open to flexibility if required.
Experience level: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist. Open to both newly qualified and experienced individuals.

Specsavers Startford-Upon-Avon is seeking a forward-thinking Optometrist to join our dedicated team. We’re looking for an Optometrist who is passionate about eye health and eager to contribute to the continued growth of our loyal customer base.

Join us at Specsavers Stratford-Upon-Avon, where exceptional service meets professional excellence. Experienced clinical team (optometrists and contact lens optician), up-to-date test room equipment with phoropters in every room, as well as two OCT machines (with high OCT conversion), Humphrey fields and new FARS in February 2026. Strong focus on personal growth and development throughout the store, everyone has a development plan for further training opportunities. Pride ourselves on customer service with outstanding NPS score. Spacious team facilities, very friendly and welcoming team who get involved in lots of charity activities throughout the year.

The store consists of 10 clinicians (including 2 directors, one CLO and one pre-reg). 20 retail (including 5 DO's). Lab, call centre and audiology team bring total headcount to 50 employees, 6 test rooms, 5 clinics plus CL's Mon-Sat, 2-3 clinics every Sunday. 25 minute rolling clinic, 1x 20 minute clinic at weekends.
