A logistics and operations company in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including overseeing invoicing and office consumables. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in an administrative role within a logistics environment. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and leadership qualities for team supervision. Competitive salary and a supportive work culture are offered.
To manage and oversee the day‑to‑day administrative functions within the Operations department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, including monthly invoicing, consumables and uniform management, and supporting the DTC & 3PL operations through effective leadership of the Office Supervisor and admin team.
