Are you passionate about developing leaders and driving excellence in children’s residential care? We’re looking for an Operations Manager – Coaching & Compliance to mentor and support new Registered Managers, ensuring they have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.

What you’ll do
