A large catering company in the UK is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee teams across multiple sites. In our Midlands sites within the Hospitals division, we make sureteams, patients, and visitors have access to wholesome, comforting food when they need it most. Because good nutrition isn’t just fuel - it’s part of the recovery journey, and we’re proud to play a role in that.
A full valid driving license and car are required in this role for accessibility to the site.
As an Operations Manager you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days | Mainly Monday - Friday | 40 Hours Per Week
