A leading community equipment services provider in Scarborough seeks an Operations Manager to lead high performance in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage depot standards, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include budget management, team leadership of approximately 60 staff, and fostering growth through operational excellence. Ideal applicants will have proven experience in operational leadership within a healthcare context, alongside a valid driving license.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum plus vehicle and bonus

As Operations Manager, you will lead and inspire high performance across a busy operational environment. Acting as a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll thrive under the demands of a frontline service while understanding and responding to customer needs.
You will take full ownership of the site P&L, ensuring budget delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
