We’re seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join Agincare Enable; a leader who can inspire teams, build strong partnerships, and drive services that genuinely transform the lives of people with learning difficulties, mental health needs and other complex needs across Dorset, Bristol and surrounding areas. The role will also take on responsibility as the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead, providing strategic oversight and leadership to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred PBS approaches are embedded across services.

In addition, the postholder will provide organisation‑wide strategic and praxis leadership for Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) at Level 5, ensuring that PBS is embedded across all services as a person‑centred, evidence‑based framework. This includes providing strategic and practice leadership, governance, and assurance that PBS is implemented in line with the PBS Competence Framework, the RRN best practice guidance, and contractual requirements.
