We are now looking to hire an Operations Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a growing business function.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of all property management services within the business area and continuously improve management services to meet budget targets and client expectations.
  • Ensure customer service is of a high standard.
  • Line management: undertake appraisals and lead the development of other members of staff.
  • Deliver property management services for void properties and administrative tasks, in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • Work closely with other Senior Managers to determine best practice and implement a uniform approach.
More About You
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering property management services – for void properties and administrative tasks, in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • As well as continually assessing existing operational procedures, you will work closely with other Senior Managers to determine what is best practice and implement a uniform approach.
  • Ensuring customer service is of a high standard is a key part of this role.
  • Line management is a key part of the role and you will be expected to undertake appraisals and lead on the development of other members of staff.
