Base pay range

The group currently has restaurants in London, Paris, Hong Kong, New York City, Miami and Dubai. We have 27 venues globally, 7 of which are in London, with 3 more exciting openings to come in London within the next 5 months.

Despite the challenging conditions in the UK hospitality industry, we remain in a strong position to grow. We are looking for at least 2 talented ambitious Operations Directors who can support us with the growth.

Both roles report directly to our COO and play a vital part in elevating our venues and delivering unforgettable guest experiences and revenue. This role is based in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Process management and compliance
• Operational reports
• Maintenance coordination
• Staff rotas & scheduling
• Food cost management and systems efficiency
• Operational support to the venues
• Increasing revenue and covers across venues through promotions, events and sponsorships
• Attracting more event sales in collaboration with our strong Events team
• Identifying and solving problems before they become issues
• Flair for creative Marketing & PR initiatives
• Passionate about improving guest experience to increase repeat guest rate

Where are we located?

Our Head Office is in Borough (5 min walk from Borough Market). These positions will be based at Azzurra (Chelsea), Aqua Kyoto and Nueva (Regent's Street), Dim Sum Library (Covent Garden), Shiro (Broadgate Circle), Aqua Shard and Hutong (in The Shard).
