A leading timber company in Herringswell is searching for an Operations Assistant to ensure the mill operates smoothly and safely. You will unwrap timber, operate machinery, and assist in maintaining the mill's cleanliness. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors and values health and safety. This position includes excellent benefits such as 23 days of holiday and a company bonus scheme.

As an Operations Assistant, you’re all about keeping the mill running smoothly. You’ll help make sure the space is clean, safe and efficient, while giving customers friendly, reliable service. You’re a key part of the team, jumping in where needed and helping things flow without a hitch.

You’ll need to be comfortable reading paperwork and keeping records accurate, working outdoors in all kinds of weather and managing your time well when working solo. Staying on top of health and safety and following company procedures is a must to keep things running safely and smoothly.
