Green Coffee Collective is seeking an Operations and Customer Support Assistant to support day‐to‐day operations of our Belfast warehouse and provide friendly, efficient support to customers via email and chat.
This role combines hands‑on warehouse work with customer interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, and being part of a growing, values‑driven coffee business.
Initially for 10 hours per week, with plans to increase over six months and potentially transition to a full‑time contract.
This range is provided by Green Coffee Collective. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 10 paid hours per week.
Holiday: 11.2 days annual paid leave (pro‑rated). Bank holidays excluded.
Pension: Enrolled in our workplace pension (NEST).
Probation: 2 months.
Notice: 1 week (during and after probation).
Start Date: As soon as possible.

Everyone contributes to making sure roasters across Europe receive their coffee on time and in perfect condition. You’ll be supported by the wider Green Coffee Collective team and local partners at The Roast Works, with regular visits and open communication.
