You will manage data related to appraisals, one-to-ones, training, and performance, ensuring you have full insight into quality and outcomes. Using this information, you will work proactively to ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets are achieved.
You will manage staff on a day-to-day basis, including completing return-to-work interviews, supporting individuals through relevant policies, and liaising with Occupational Health and HR. Working with Therapy Leads, you will help identify areas for improvement and ensure all staff meet expected performance standards.
Alongside the Operational Team Manager, you will support rota oversight. You will also build effective relationships with LTHT colleagues to ensure smooth processes for patients transferring from acute care into the community.
