Job description
Responsibilities
  • Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing, access, kiosks, operational hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
  • Assist site with hardware/ desk/ office/ boardroom setup as requested
  • Execute supported directed tasks for network or server support on-site by escalations teams.
  • Provide first level troubleshooting and support for Applications
  • Capture, store and update in-scope site information.
  • EUC Hardware (Laptops, Desktops) set-up, deployment, collection/re-imaging.
  • Software/Application Installation (Country/Site specific).
  • Basic Printing. Network and server troubleshooting support).
  • Manage local end user asset inventory and life cycle of assets.
  • Provide first level support for meeting room devices (VC devices, projectors, displays etc.,)
  • Provide first level support for warehouse devices (RF Equipment’s, voice equipment’s,
