Responsibilities

• Support the Online Trading team to maximize income from online activities.
• Research and select appropriate donated items for sale.
• Photograph, edit, and list items on online platforms.
• Pack sold items securely and manage customer queries.
• Support volunteers and maintain health and safety standards.
• Perform cashier duties and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with Gift Aid processing for donated goods.
