A dynamic outsourcing company is seeking an Onboarding Manager to optimize the onboarding journey for new customers. You will lead the process to ensure a seamless experience across multiple brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. The ideal candidate has proven experience in onboarding within recruitment or outsourcing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM systems. A passion for exceptional customer experiences and team management is essential. This full-time position is based in Camberley, offering a hybrid working model.
As the Onboarding Manager, you will lead and optimise the onboarding journey for new customers across all Workwell Outsourcing product lines. Your role is to ensure a seamless, efficient, and scalable onboarding experience that delivers exceptional service across multiple brands and offerings. You will oversee the entire process, monitor key milestones, and maintain high standards of delivery.
Working closely with Sales and Operations, you will drive continuous improvement, refine processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align onboarding with best practices. Proactive communication with customers will be central to your success, ensuring clarity, engagement, and a positive experience from day one.
