Qualifications

  • Experience working in hospitality, customer service, housekeeping or catering.
  • Be willing to work away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
  • Over 18 years old with a UK NI number and UK bank account.

Variable Onboard Sales and Services Assistant – Belfast

Variable hours position based in Belfast within our Onboard Sales and Services department. Enjoy working closely with a diverse team passionate about exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cabins: Ensure cabins are cleaned thoroughly and in excellent condition prior to guests’ arrival.
  • Restaurants: Deliver prompt and friendly service, clear tables, wash dishes as needed.
  • Shops: Work tills, handle customer requests, keep shops clean, tidy and well‑stocked.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting service standards and CSS goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, including service standards and customer experience models.
  • Oversee stock and cash control, minimise wastage, shrinkage, and fraud.
  • Maintain merchandising plans across all locations.
  • Uphold corporate policies, including safety, quality, and food safety standards.
  • Represent the company with pride by adhering to uniform and personal presentation standards.
  • Create a welcoming environment with a focus on ambience and overall vessel appearance.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support operational tasks across various locations and departments as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the vessel, using specified materials and guidelines.
  • Maximise sales and gross profit by aligning activities with KPI targets.
