A leading corporate reception management company in the City of London seeks an Office Coordinator Team Leader to oversee a team and enhance workplace experience. Our client, a world-renowned law firm based next to Moorgate Station, is embarking on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace — and we’re looking an experienced Office Coordinator Team Leader (Workplace Team Leader) to help launch the new Workspace.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for everyone on your assigned floors, leading a team of five Workplace Coordinators. You’ll set the tone each day with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for building meaningful connections. As the first point of escalation for your team, and will ensure operations run smoothly and consistently across colleague floors.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from Mon - Fri between 0700-1900
Salary: £40,000
Please note that this position is a 1 year fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will be personable, relatable individual with a strong customer-first mindset and solid experience in a structured customer service role with people management responsibilities. You’ll be confident in managing your time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in a law firm is a plus, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect with people and consistently deliver exceptional service.
