Job description

There is a rare and exciting vacancy for a part time (33.75 hours) Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join the Community Learning Disability Team within North and West Hampshire. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the established OT Team who will work alongside a dynamic and friendly multi-disciplinary team providing health services to adults with a learning disability.

It is also possible to offer this role as full time hours to an experienced band 5 Occupational Therapist (min 3 years experience) Please state in your application whether you are interested in the role at Band 6 part time or Band 5 full time.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with MDT working and has experience of working with people with learning disabilities. They must have the ability to learn and develop skills within this varied and interesting role. It is essential to be a good communicator, highly motivated, reliable and be able to work flexibly.
