A community health service provider is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist in Abingdon to work 21 hours a week. This role involves providing holistic Same Day Emergency Care to patients, managing caseloads, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates should have a professional OT qualification, experience in the NHS, and skills in patient assessment and supervision. The Abingdon Emergency Multidisciplinary Unit (Abingdon EMU) provides Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) to patients in the community. We are a Multidisciplinary (MDT) consisting of doctors, nurses, paramedics, physios and occupational therapists aiming to provide holistic care to medically unwell patients in the community and avoid hospital admission.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team and help develop our service.
