📜 Level 3 (or above) qualification inEarly Years Education
👶 Proven experience working with childrenunder 5and agenuine passionfor early childhood education
🗣 Strong communication skills—able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
📅 Excellent organisational abilities—keeping learning environments structured yet exciting
🧠 Deep understanding of child development—applying your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive
