Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator or similar role.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

About our Nursery

Harrogate Cornwall Road is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 60 children. The nursery features thoughtfully designed rooms that group children by developmental stage, promoting learning and fun. It also has a creative outdoor garden area where children are encouraged to explore freely. Located in the heart of Harrogate on Cornwall Road, the nursery is just a 3‑minute drive from the A61. Public transport options are convenient, with a bus stop on Rutland Road serving route X12 and Harrogate train station just a 20‑minute walk away. The facility also offers free parking for added convenience.
