Qualifications

  • Level 3 or above in Childcare / Early Years Education essential.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, OFSTED requirements, and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with OFSTED and EYFS standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare.

Seeking a Nursery Manager with previous leadership experience and holds either a BA degree in Early Years Education from UK or overseas or Level 3 in childcare and early years education such as NVQ, CACHE or BTEC, and is passionate about working with children.

Starting Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualification) plus excellent paid holidays and bonus.
