About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Nurse to join our night team at Careline Lifestyles in Wrekenton. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to adults with a range of complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.

  • Hourly Rate: £20.93
  • Shift Pattern: Full-time, Days
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing and holistic care based on comprehensive individual assessments.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans and nursing interventions.
  • Regularly review and reassess the quality of care to meet changing needs and ensure best practice.
  • Review all medication requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and updated promptly.
  • Safely administer medications and maintain clear, detailed records for each service user.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with infection control standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, working collaboratively with a range of health and social care professionals.
  • Follow NMC Codes of Conduct, Scope of Practice, safeguarding principles, and all company policies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team during night shifts.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and changes in residents' conditions.
Qualifications
  • Qualified and registered Nurse - RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
  • Current and valid NMC registration.
