A leading construction and engineering company is seeking a Construction Training Coordinator in Plymouth to support training programs within the Nuclear team. Responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, developing materials, and ensuring compliance with training standards. Qualifications

• Must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country.
• Resided in the UK for the past 5 years.
• Experience with construction related pathways.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule construction related training.
• Assist in developing training materials specific to construction.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure SQEP checks.
• Liaise with teams to identify training needs.
• Support the rollout of a new digital system for training.
