Qualifications

  • Experience working as a NOC Engineer or a similar role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced network environment.
  • Excellent systems knowledge, especially Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage Quickline infrastructure and networks.
  • Rapid reaction to issues, outages, and alarms.

  • Incident Manage & Reporting on potential Issues affecting the Quickline Network
  • Managing Security on the Quickline Network Including Access to Sites, Street Cabinets and Key Secure Locations
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
  • Experience working as a NOC Engineer or a Similar Role
  • Experience in Network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANS, Subnetting and Routing Protocols
  • Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Network Environment
  • Excellent systems, Microsoft packages working knowledge. Skills with a Critical Eye for Attention to Detail
  • Experience of Working on RCA’s and RFO’s
  • Working Knowledge of SONAR and Zabbix preferred but not essential
