A trusted care provider in Scotland is seeking a Nightshift Care Assistant to ensure high-quality care for residents. You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and monitor health conditions in a fulfilling environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, with strong communication skills and at least SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. As a Care Assistant with Meallmore you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family.
Ideally you will have an SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care, but don’t worry if you don’t, we will fully fund and support you to achieve this.
Our focus is you and your ongoing development. We have a Care Team career pathway to support you to reach your potential, all the way to Care Home Manager if that is your goal.
Working a fulltime job and juggling life is difficult, we know, with us you achieve a fulltime wage with 3 or 4 days off each week. But if that still doesn’t suit let us know, we can be flexible and will do our best to accommodate.
