A community support organization in Peacehaven seeks Night Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities and autism in leading fulfilling lives. Successful candidates will exhibit empathy, patience, and resilience, using positive behaviour support to empower clients. Location: Peacehaven, Sussex
Salary: £14.50p/h
Service Type: Supported living, one property housing one individual
Speciality: Learning Disability, Mental Health and Autism (has behaviours of concern, complex care, self-harm and forensic support).

We are looking for Night Support Workers for Adams home in Peacehaven to support him to build his life in the community.
You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life, by using positive behaviour support and work within an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to people’s wellbeing. You will be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate, proactive; the role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh. Adam has been discriminated against, faced trauma, and requires staff with empathy to support him on his road to recovery and an aspiring life.
