A specialist provider of autism services in Hawarden is looking for a Senior Support Worker for night shifts. In this role, you'll lead the night team to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals with autism. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead by example during night shifts, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals while supporting and guiding the night team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a calm, secure environment and ensuring high standards of care are upheld.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs is essential. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
