Job summary

A leading commercial vehicle dealership in Spalding is seeking a Nightshift HGV Technician to service and maintain a variety of trucks and vehicles. Candidates should have experience in vehicle maintenance, ideally with a Level 3 qualification. This role includes excellent training opportunities and benefits such as a competitive hourly rate and pension scheme. The shift pattern is Monday to Thursday/Tuesday to Friday from 7:30pm to 6am.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Technician/Mechanic in HGV or related sector.
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or training program is ideal.
• Excellent technical knowledge ensuring proper maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a wide variety of Trucks and Vehicles.
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT.
• Diagnose faults and ensure repairs are carried out safely.

Skills

Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance

UK driving licence
