Job summary

A leading UK care provider is seeking a warm and dedicated Senior Care Assistant for nights at Hanford Court Care Home in Stoke on Trent. You will support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, monitor residents' wellbeing, assist with medications, and play a key role in their care planning. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 in care and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent, hourly position with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ 3 in care for care homes.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar care environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards supporting residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support and work alongside the Care team for high standards of personal care.
• Monitor the wellbeing of residents and update care plans as necessary.
• Assist residents with medication requirements.
