Jones Homes (Lancashire) is currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly organised New Homes Sales Advisor for their new homes across the Lancashire region. Initially at sites in the Lancaster – Garstang area. Experience in New Homes sales is preferred so you can take ownership of an existing development with ease.

  • 10am – 5pm (Monday, Thursday & Friday)
  • 11am – 5pm (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Base salary + generous commission
  • 28 days holiday (increasing to 33 days over 5 years service, inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager & Regional Sales Director
Key Tasks
  • To sell Jones Home properties on designated developments to target as required.
  • To demonstrate Show Homes and properties under construction in accordance with Health & Safety plans.
  • Arrange suitable cleaners for Show Homes and ensure cleaning is in accordance with cleaning specifications.
  • To ensure presentation of the Show Home and all Marketing Materials are to a high standard all times.
  • Ensure that all Plot Boards and Brochures are up to dates showing correct information on sales / pricing.
  • To ensure that all weekly and monthly reports are completed with accuracy and on time.
  • To be aware of all competition for the development and provide a monthly competitors report to the Sales Director.
  • To have an understanding of all Jones Homes schemes and any relevant external home buying schemes.
  • To liaise with purchasers on a weekly basis, ensuring a smooth transaction from reservation to legal completion.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Sales Administration Manager/ Sales Coordinator and solicitors and Estate Agents as instructed.
  • To qualify all visitors in accordance with procedures.
  • To have and maintain a general understanding of the property market and mortgage products available.
  • Be responsible for the development on behalf of the sales team to ensure all matters arising are dealt with efficiently.
  • To read and regularly review the Sales Procedure Manual
  • To comply with the Company Health & Safety standards at all times.
  • To comply with the Company Policies as set out in the Handbook.
  • To comply with the Consumer Code
Person Specification
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage own workload, to meet deadlines and independently prioritise work.
  • Ability to recognise and demonstrate the need for appropriate confidentiality and ensure GDPR compliance at all times
  • Be self-motivated with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a lone worker environment.
