We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of£60,000,plus company car and company benefits.
Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
