Responsibilities

What you will do

Our Business Development team is expanding – and we are searching for a New Business Development Manager – working with APT Skidata. You will be working within an agile team, supporting the acquisition of new business in the APT Skidata business. These car park/people access systems are proven in hundreds of shopping centres, airports and city centre car parks throughout the country where they have gained a deserved reputation for quality, reliability and proven performance.

  • To identify and maintain a sustainable strategic new business approach across agreed segment areas nationally.
  • To proactively develop new business leads and opportunities, recording activity in CRM to accurately build, report and track forecast pipeline to target.
  • To take responsibility and ownership for client issues – overseeing and engaging with supporting departments to enable customer success.
  • Delivering sales revenue with the guidance of KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrable ability to grow and develop new business opportunities quickly and in line with strategy.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Parking and Stadia Access is desirable.
  • Capability/Familiarity to work to tight deadlines and KPI’s around value.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical SKIDATA information to customers.
