This role involves effective broking of new business leads, relationship management with Account Executives, and negotiation of terms with insurers. We are looking to recruit a senior new business broker to join our growing Care Team based out of our Sale office. Our Sale team is a fast‑paced, collaborative group of dynamic professionals who are all driven to succeed. If you share this attitude, we look forward to hearing from you.
You will be responsible for ensuring effective broking of new business leads. Working in partnership with our Account Executives to provide a quality service to new clients by advising, arranging and securing appropriate cover to meet their demands and needs.

Salary £35,000‑£40,000 DOE plus bonus
Leading manufacture of breast implants / tissue expanders / testicular implants.
Established for over 30 years.
£50k TE (Hitting target will earn you double your salary – also accelerators for over‑achieving on target).
Pension, laptop, 25 days annual leave.
The role involves selling a leading high‑quality breast implants and body contouring product portfolio to both the NHS and private clinics, dealing with plastic, reconstructive, cosmetic surgeons and consultants, presenting to medical staff, organising conferences, building relationships, and supporting administration.
Eligibility: Must have experience selling breast implants or related products, contacts within the medical profession, ability to operate in theatres, charismatic networker, and resilient to rejection.
