Job summary

A mental health services provider in Brighton is seeking two full-time Consultant Psychiatrists for a year-long contract. The successful candidates will develop a neurodevelopment pathway, deliver a primary care ADHD assessment service, and treat patients. Candidates should have experience with Autism Spectrum Conditions and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside expert neuropsychiatrists and contribute to improving the service for adults with ADHD and ASC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autism Spectrum Conditions, ADHD, Tourettes syndrome, and Tic disorder.
• Ability to supervise Nurse Prescribers in ADHD medication.
• Willingness to receive training from national expert neuropsychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• Develop a system-wide neurodevelopment pathway for primary care providers.
• Deliver a primary care ADHD assessment service.
• Assess and treat patients with ADHD, Autism, Tics, and Tourette's.
