An energy infrastructure firm seeks a NESO Policy Analyst to shape the future of the GB energy system from its Scottish locations. The successful candidate will deliver regulatory submissions, analyze policy developments, and engage with stakeholders to support the transition to net zero. As a NESO Policy Analyst, you will play a central part in shaping the future of the GB energy system. SSEN Transmission owns and operates the electricity transmission network in the north of Scotland, and your work will help ensure our interests are understood, represented, and aligned with National Energy System Operators’s (NESO) developing role. You will contribute to the transition to net zero by analysing policy, supporting regulatory decision‑making, and strengthening our engagement with key stakeholders across the sector.
