Role

The Naturopathic Doctor at the LIVV Little Italy location, San Diego, is a front-line clinical doctor role responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while advancing LIVV’s high-performance medical programs. This position blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and systems optimization to ensure a seamless luxury wellness experience with measurable patient results.

Responsibilities

Medical Provider

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and develop personalized, results-driven health plans.
• Perform naturopathic and integrative interventions, prescribe medications, and administer natural therapies.
• Ensure adherence to clinic safety policies and maintain the highest standards of patient and employee safety.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient care records, clinical documentation, charting accuracy, and inventory, adhering to LIVV documentation standards.
• Support patient retention through consistent follow-ups, care coordination, and case management excellence.
• Enhance clinical systems for membership fulfillment—labs, refills, medication management, protocol tracking, and patient touchpoints.
• Mentor and train clinical staff to deliver optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Lead by example in embodying LIVV’s mission, patient-first culture, and innovation mindset.

Customer Acquisition & Brand Engagement

• Support marketing and sales efforts to acquire new patients using a consultative sales approach.
• Cultivate partnerships with local providers and wellness businesses for referral and collaboration opportunities.
• Contribute to educational content, speaking engagements, and LIVV brand initiatives.
• Participate in brand events, medical workshops, and patient outreach to expand LIVV’s visibility and impact.

What You Will Bring

• Licensed Physician (MD/DO) or Licensed Naturopathic Doctors (ND) in California with advanced training or certification in Integrative, Functional, or Regenerative Medicine.
• 2+ years of progressive clinical experience within integrative or longevity-focused practices.
• Proficient in delivering IV therapy.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire clinical and support teams.
• Strong interpersonal communication and patient-relationship-building ability.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. under W-2 status.
