Location: Liverpool | Contract Type: Full-time (1FTE) | Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum | Closing date: 9th December 2025

About the Role

The National Course Advisor will blend a traditional contact‑centre role with account management, nurturing relationships with prospective students and existing accounts. This hybrid position involves daily calls, video‑conferencing leads, and supporting campus-based activities such as tours and recruitment events. The role is highly collaborative and requires adaptability to high‑volume call conditions and dynamic student engagement.
