National Account Executive – Biscuit International

Location: Gateshead (with occasional travel)

Reports to: Commercial Controller

Direct Reports: None

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including New Line Forms, sample requests, and promotional documentation.
• Coordinate and track retail projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Maintain and update commercial reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with supply chain, customer services, finance, and marketing teams.
• Respond to retailer queries and provide timely, relevant information.
• Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG is essential; private label experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
