Job summary

A leading arts organization is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a team managing the Museum Collection and Archive. Responsibilities include developing a long-term Collections Strategy, leading cataloguing efforts, and ensuring project delivery according to KPIs. Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of UK Museum Policy, MA Code of Ethics, and Spectrum Procedures.
• Experience managing a team and leading major collections projects.
• Understanding of public engagement and working with youth groups.

• Lead and deliver the project to agreed KPIs.
• Create and implement a long-term Collections Strategy.
• Oversee the cataloguing of the Collection and Archive.
• Manage resources, timelines and project risks.
• Produce a full evaluation report.
