You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting equipment such as HVAC systems, dust collectors, dehumidifiers, Local Extract Ventilation Systems (LEV), Building Management Systems (BMS), and other facility-related equipment.**Role Responsibilities:*** Understand and comply with cGMP, safety standards, and site SOPs.* Plan, perform, and document maintenance activities using SAP and other systems.* Carry out planned maintenance of equipment, targeting 100% completion within the allowable time.* Respond to equipment breakdowns, perform fault finding, and rectify faults to meet production needs.* Complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on breakdowns as required.* Document maintenance activities to cGMP standards in both paper and CMMS.* Liaise with internal customers and contractors to plan and supervise maintenance activities.* Engage in continuous improvement activities related to cGMP, productivity, and safety.**Qualifications, Skills & Experience:*** Demonstrable experience in a similar role (Mechanical or Multiskilled Discipline).* NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering or relevant experience.* Experience in the pharmaceutical or a similar industry.* SAP or similar maintenance management system.* Project support experience.* Knowledge of steam, chilled water, and compressed air systems.* Knowledge of legal and cGMP HSE requirements.**Secondary Job Description****Who We Are:**Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
