Qualifications

• Experience working on similar maintenance contracts.
• Must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to obtain SC clearance.
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric experience.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Kier places team, supporting Mechanical & basic Electrical Maintenance.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Liaise with Clients and Sub-Contractors as necessary.
