Qualifications

• Experience working on CNC machinery like beveling, drilling, tapping, lathes, and milling.
• Ability to fault find on complex systems including Siemens PLCs.
• Capable of carrying out maintenance and repairs on large machinery.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain large CNC machinery.
• Conduct spindle checks and replace bearings, ball screws, and lead screws.
• Adhere to a structured training and development plan.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Work within the engineering department to repair and maintain large CNC machinery
• Fault find on Siemens PLCs
• Carry out Spindle checks, measurements, replace/change bearings, ball screws and lead screws
• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Adhere to a training and development plan
