Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a reactive environment.

The successful candidate will have a core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, with additional multi-trade skills such as brickwork or roofing highly desirable. The role involves travelling to commercial and retail properties across the South of the UK, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites

Undertake a Wide Range Of Tasks

• Roofing
• Brickwork
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Decorating
• Tiling
• Minor reactive repairs (e.g. toilet blocks, waste clearance)
• Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
• Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative to resolve on-site issues
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations
• Accurately complete job reports and communicate effectively with the office team

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (Roofing, Carpentry, or Brickwork highly advantageous)
• At least 3 years trade experience
• Proven multi-trade maintenance background
• Ability to work in a reactive, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
