Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Ashington

Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent Full Time

This role will involve:

• Assisting trade staff to undertake all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard and for the delivery of excellent customer service.

Your Experience

• Good general trade skills
• CSCS card as appropriate to the role
• Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively
• Undertake multi‑skilled trade competencies
