Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in residential valuation and/or surveying.
• Sound understanding of property construction and valuation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1 and 2 (HomeBuyer) surveys as appropriate.
• Complete mortgage valuation reports for various lender clients.
• Ensure all reports meet RICS Red Book standards and lender requirements.
• Maintain high standards of service and turnaround times.
• Provide expert advice clearly and concisely.
