Motorcycle and Scooter Technician

Motorcycle and Scooter Technician required at Chester Rd Motorcycles. Opportunity to work with a long-established group and stable brands in the UK.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician to oversee daily operations and provide technical expertise in a dynamic workshop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the motorcycle workshop.
  • Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Provide technical training and support to junior technicians.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of spare parts and tools.
  • Maintain workshop equipment and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
