A leading motorcycle company seeks a Motorcycle & ATV Tactical Marketing Specialist in Bracknell, UK. The role involves setting and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and managing relationships with dealers. At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Role:
You will be responsible for setting and implementing National Tactical Marketing campaigns forboth Honda Motor Europe-UK Motorcycles (HME-UK MC) and Honda Motor Europe-UK ATV (HME-UK ATV). Honda are market leaders in both areas and this role is key to continue the growth on volume and market share.
Through in-depth understanding of market trends and consumer motivation, you will deliver plansand campaigns targeted to deliver incremental sales volume, counter volume risk, and managestock exposure whilst maintaining and/or increasing gross profit margins.
This role will involve both long term planning and reactive problem solving, the candidate mustbe flexible and able to manage a broad range of expectations.
