Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Motor Mechanic at ASK Motors, located in Walsall. The Motor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motor vehicles, including conducting inspections and performing routine maintenance. Core duties include addressing customer‑reported issues, ensuring vehicles meet quality and safety standards, and working collaboratively with our customer service team to deliver solutions and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Expertise in Motor Vehicle systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Experience with Steering and related components
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate issues and solutions
• Certification or relevant qualifications in Automotive Mechanics preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within the automotive industry
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
