Qualifications

• Ability to analyze credit searches, bank statements, and valuations.
• Close attention to detail in data input and communication.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite mortgage applications in line with lending policy.
• Manage a pipeline of approximately 70 cases to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines.

Skills

Relevant commercial banking/lending experience

Computer literate (MS Office)

Good knowledge of compliance procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Planning and organisational skills
