We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Financial Support Adviser with excellent telephone skills and a genuine desire to help others. You’ll be part of a close knit team, working together to support mortgage customers through times of financial difficulty. This role involves having honest and sometimes challenging conversations, so being calm, empathetic, and solution focused is key.

Salary and working hours

Starting salary £27,500.00 per annum

Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)

Hybrid working, 1 / 2 days per week from our Head Office (Cambridge)

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a close knit team, supporting mortgage customers through times of financial difficulty. This role involves having honest and sometimes challenging conversations, so being calm, empathetic, and solution focused is key. Responsibilities include providing financial advice and support to customers to help them manage payments and stay on track with mortgages.

Responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide compassionate guidance to customers experiencing financial challenges related to mortgages
  • Communicate clearly by phone with customers to understand their situation and offer feasible solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
